2.Click the 'Document' menu and choose 'Delete Pages' to bring up the dialog box of the same name. To delete only the page to which you navigated, click on the 'OK' button to confirm deletion of the page number shown in the 'From' boxes. To delete more pages, change the starting or ending page number in the 'From' fields.

You can select the first or last page of the file, or identify a specific page by number. Click on the 'OK' button to insert your pages.
Tips
- Open the 'Window' menu and choose 'Thumbnails' to reveal thumbnail views of all the pages in your document. Click on an individual thumbnail to select the page. Shift-click to select multiple pages, and Ctrl-click to select non-contiguous pages. Press the 'Backspace' key to delete the pages, or open the 'Document' menu and choose 'Delete Pages.'
- To insert duplicates of pages from the file you're editing, make a copy of the file and insert pages from the copy.
- If the file you insert contains pages you don't want, use the page-deletion features to remove them after insertion.
Warning
- Inserting pages into a file makes it larger than it would be if you distilled it to contain those pages in the first place. Likewise, deleting pages from a PDF doesn't reduce its size as much as if the pages never had existed in it in the first place. These discrepancies result from embedded font resources that aren't removed when you delete pages and redundant font resources that become part of a file when you insert pages.
